All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer Standard Shipping within the United States.
Our Estimated Transit Time for Standard Shipping is 7–14 business days. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Note on Transit Time: The estimated transit time starts after the order has been processed and shipped. Since Petlve utilizes a dropshipping model, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the specific product and fulfillment location.
At this time, Petlve only ships within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@petlve.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. However, depending on the product, some items may require a physical address. If there are any issues with your P.O. box address, we will contact you directly.
Petlve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Petlve is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
